Village Tavern has been a local tradition since 1984. We are seeking an exceptional restaurant manager to join our BOH management team at our location by Hanes Mall.

BOH Management Role
As a member of our management team, you play a pivotal role in leading team morale and driving our standards each shift. BOH Managers are responsible for helping manage the operations for the back of the house and kitchen area of a restaurant.
Manager responsibilities include maintaining food costs, limiting waste, and managing BOH Labor, doing their best to optimize profit for the company and create the best dining experience possible for customers.
